The
following is an outline of our property management services;

All necessary coordination
before and after a tenant's move-in and move out (incl.
all necessary paperwork). For example, we will perform
a walk-through with the tenants when they move out and
decide or negotiate the amount of the security deposit
to be returned to the tenant after the appropriate repairs
are complete. If necessary, we will also arrange to have
a painter or cleaning service come in so that the property
is ready for your next tenant. |

We will handle all
tenant requests during the lease. |

Regular
inspections and/or maintenance checks. This includes but
is not limited to, checking on the property, repairs,
winter preparation, and cleaning. |

When maintenance checks
or large repairs are necessary, we will coordinate service
calls with the appropriate dealer or company. Only after
the estimate is approved by the owner, will we go ahead
with the repair. |
Fee:
The annual management fee is equal
to one month’s rent. (min $1,000)
